Comicbookmovie.com get their hands on this new series of photos from the upcoming movie "Thor" from director Kenneth Branagh (Frankenstein) and starring Natalie Portman (Pride and Prejudice and zombies), Anthony Hopkins (The Wolfman), Chris Hemsworth (Star Trek), Samuel L. Jackson (The Avengers, Iron Man 2) and Kat Dennings.
Once there, Thor learns what it takes to be a hero when the world's most dangerous enemy sends his forces to invade the darkest Asgard to Earth. In the center of the story is the Mighty Thor, a powerful warrior, but arrogant, whose reckless actions turn a war. Synopsis: Marvel Studios film expands its universe with a new type of super-heroes: THOR. Kenneth Branagh directs this epic medieval fantasy, which stars Australian actor Chris Hemsworth as the Norse god, Tom Hiddleston as his evil brother, Loki, Natalie Portman: Jane Foster, a young woman who befriends Thor Earth and Anthony Hopkins as Odin, the father of King Thor and Asgard. Expect to see SHIELD agents, as seen in "Iron Man" making an appearance forshadowing also the coming of the Avengers!. Thor hit the ground and forced to live among humans as a punishment. This epic adventure extends the Marvel Universe, the Earth today for the kingdom of Asgard.
