He was an executive with experience of over thirty years in the field. In October 2006, was named president of Hard Rock Holdings, LLC. In a biography, Andrew "Randy" Kwasniewski, 55. From January 2004 to May 2005, Mr. Kwasniewski, has worked at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, according to Vice President of Operations. His career began in 1974 when he worked for the Hyatt resort and later for the Doubletree and Wyndham hotels.

He is currently finishing a new album with the music of legendary composer Sammy Cahn. Most recently, Ms. Warwick has added "author" to his list of credits, with a best-seller for children, "Say a Little Prayer" .. More recently, he recorded a duet album, "My friends and I" (Concord Records) and a gospel album very soon, "Why We Sing" (Rhino Records). Throughout the 80s and 90s, Ms. Warwick collaborated with many of his musical colleagues, including Johnny Mathis, Smokey Robinson, Luther Vandross, Jeffrey Osborne, Kashif and Stevie Wonder.
