Often times all this money gets you is a new Superintendent, some new administrators, refurbished classrooms, new textbooks, some fresh coats of paint and some landscaping, while the same uninspiring, non engaging curriculum remains intact. Look at all the BILLIONS of dollars that have been poured into training programs, education reform programs over the past 40 years and look at the net result. Allow me to return the favor. So clearly the Internet giant has an interest in Firefox. In retrospect, should have been obvious that Google was planning its own browser. And even if they paid millions of dollars to the Mozilla Foundation for nonprofit, to help build its organic, open source Firefox web browser, Firefox ships with Google as default search engine. They had the technical expertise, marketing force to ensure its rapid adoption.
